Are these suitable to make body tubes stronger?

That stuff is mean strictly as a thick protective coating on hose or pipe, not something to be making thin tube out of or reinforcing thin tube with. Notice the size ranges. They have very little "give" and only fit what's almost their size already. The wall thickness is high. Could be used, yes. Far from the best choice though.

Rather than aerosleeve, you can use prepeg cloth. It has the epoxy in it already. You just wrap the part and bake it. The down side is you have to wrap it. Hard to get a smooth tube that way.
