It worked! And I couldn't be more surprised. It's unflown as of yet, but I'm hoping for a lucky break this weekend. The Scamp was built using a BMS nose cone and trimmed out with decals made on Bel Decal paper. (Chalk up another victory for Bel!) My son says that this is the best paint job I've ever done, so it looks like I got lucky for a change.
