I've design a electronics sled for the coupler of a 38mm blue tube. It holds an Eggfinder GPS TX, a RRC3 altimeter, and a space for a 1000mah LIPO battery. The STL file is attached. Feel free to use. If you do use the file, please let me know how it worked out.
