Does anybody know Jerry Myers?

Last year the traveling Tour de Deuce rockets went to Jerry Myers to be flown in West Virginia. I last heard from him last July when he said he had some health issues but would send it out that week but it didn't come. I've recently attempted to contact him again, but I am getting no response.

Does anyone know him personally or know a better way to get in touch?
