Can’t count how many times I’ve had to redo this sled to get it the way I want. In the process I kept bumping the antenna knocking it loose. So I used some solder and tacked it. Now I’m in the testing phase, and I’m getting ZERO range. Like, not even a foot away. Seems to catch a signal once then it just ages and never renews.

I think I figured it out. Swapped the antenna from the egg timer transmitter in another rocket and it works fine. So apparently when I tried to text solder the original antenna in place the heat must’ve done something to it.

You should be able to use epoxy on both that and the GPS antenna. It looks like even the plastic melted on your antenna so it got hot. I don't know how that antenna is made but there is probably some coax inside of it.
