I hadn't realized all 3 of those tragedies happened so close on dates. Or, I should restate that I had forgotten this fact. I am not superstitious in any way, but even I must admit that it would be prudent for NASA to have a quiet week this week in the future.

Ummm... "Colombia" is that South American country all that nasty white powder and drug kingpins, "Columbia" is the space shuttle...
