chad staging

Does chad staging simply mean butting two rocket motors against each other? what does chad stand for anyway? -thanks in advance.

That's it, it stands for Cheap and Dirty. When I've done it I taped the lower motor on with scotch/clear tape.

Yes chad is basically butting to motors together. CHAD stands for Cheap and Dirty. I hope this helps.
