Applying For Waiver - FAA Form 7711-2 Line 1 Question

Hi all,

I am filling out FAA Form 7711-2, to apply for a waiver/authorization to fly high power rockets. The launches would be private, non-club (ie: NAR, TRA) affilliated launches. (I will be following all NAR, TRA, NFPA, FAA regs.)

Since it is a one person operation, what do i enter for line 1 of FAA Form 7711-2? According to the form, line 1 is Name Of Organization.

Should i put N/A? My full legal name (which would be duplicated in line 2 (Name Of Responsible Person))? <last name> Rocketry? Blank? Something else?

Any guidance is appreciated,

I would put "N/A - Individual"
