Of course, I was think you wer gonn ago on about how you've got 80% of your rocket built, and the next 20% is gonna take about 80% of the total energy, time & $$ expended so far..

Close. Stock refers to raw materials, so they are basically saying that they are making their stock (aluminum bars) available with new profiles (view from the end).
