I'm not optimistic about either day, but if either day turns out to be OK, I'll be there!
Both the National Weather Service and Weather Underground are still showing what could be passable weather for Sunday.Depending on who you believe, Sunday may be clear enough for a launch. I'll be keeping a close eye on the weather and I hope we can scare the clouds away!
You had quite the CATO yourself! It was a good afternoon for flying (or in some cases not quite flying) indeed....
I can’t upload the video here, so once it’s on YouTube I’ll post a link. That 10-year-old D12-0 put on quite a little display, didn't it?
And plan chutes for landing on hard frozen ground!Well, the club has decided to launch tomorrow despite the cold. 11 AM to 3 PM dress warm and be brave.
January WAC launch was great despite the cold weather. Here's the flight tally for the day:

Well we certainly had our share of CATOs. Mostly, yes E9s.I always heard cold weather and BP Es don't mix ?
I’m in! Let me know as soon as you pick a day. Saturday is slightly better for me, but I assume it'll be a weather based decision. @Barry Ford I hope you can make it too! This might be premature, but I’m eyeing next weekend for an opportunity to launch. Weather forecast is still developing but at the moment it’s looking dry and low winds. Pencil it in if you’re interested!
Update: I have the car, I’m good to go.I will do my best. I don’t have wheels that day and will need to beg a ride.
