3 little Estes fun builds

I just finished these Estes kits ,just for fun and to relax while my major projects were waiting to dry in between paint and parts building.

Just a nice little distraction.

It`s funny really, as I built both the Photon Probe and Photon Disruptor as large high power upscales ,but i never built the original Estes versions ,and you know we can`t be having that.

Here they are ,I hope to fly them this comming weekend.

Oops ,forgot the little Estes Crossfire.

This was a very fast and easy kit to build.

Not the best decal job ,but it`s alright.

I love those little Estes stands ,very very handy !

Reminds me I need to build my replacement Photon Disruptor. Then build an upscale...

For a simple build/bird..I too like the Crossfire.

Very nice!

I'm in the process of building a Crossfire now. I went ahead and built a Mosquito and Quark while the fillets dried on the Crossfire to round out my mini's....I also have a 220 Swift built.

Crossfire goes into the paint shop tomorrow after everything sets up overnight tonight. I had been wanting to build it for a while, but you could only get it as a combo in a starter kit.

Really nice. Did you put a 24mm mount in 'em?! My Disruptor loves Mighty D's!

No sir ,just kept it stock.

My upscale likes big I s ,but gets tired easily and requires a nap after a flight :wink:
