Ordered up a few kits from FlisKits...a couple Mercury Redstones of course as well as a Frick n Frack and the other odd-roc (Pheord 150) they have posted. Just checked the website. HAD posted. All the kits they were offering are now gone.

Peanut butter is a pretty good inexpensive protein source. Also, spaghetti and "meat" sauce made with canned tuna instead of ground up mammals.
I love chilled tuna salad...tuna casserole (and warm tuna) not so much for some reason. Otherwise I'm a seafood lover...fish included.

printed out some additional AV sleds for myself and a local guy. Bought some larger parachutes for a few models to handle the extra weight and laid out the quarks + T3 on the various sleds. Now to get the standoffs all dialed in.

Finally unloaded the truck & put away all the Airfest stuff, now to clean some motors that been lay'n 'round for over a year.

Today I received and paid the invoice for my replacement EggFinder LCD unit. When I'm finished assembling it, I can complete and post my case mods for it. Gonna be fun :)

Ordered a Black Aero case for an Eggfinder LCD. Built an Eggfinder Mini. Aeropoxyed the motor retention on an Estes PS2 Smoke that I fiberglassed. I’m going to see if I can shred it.

Brand new to this forum. I started in rocketry when I was 12 and then spent 28 years away from it, returning to it last year with a vengeance!

I built the Rocketarium Black Brant IV Mod1 yesterday. It went together well except it was missing one non-crucial piece, which I made out of some cereal box cardboard. Pretty cool rocket and it is the first non-Estes rocket I've put together. Working my way up to bigger stuff, the next one will be the LOC Iris 3" along with a rail and 12V launch system.

Welcome aboard. Glad you found us.

Using an oven at work to anneal the high temp paint used on my launch tower's steel parts. I've been printing nut holders (stop snickering) and drill guides in preparation for assembling it, hopefully this weekend.

Pics when complete.

Roughing out a CP for a fellow club member's grid fin project. This thing is really cool because the multi-piece nose and bolt-on fins all fit inside the mailer tube airframe so he can.....mail it, fly to a launch, then send it right back when its time to go home!
