Does anyone know whatever happened to this project?

https://www.rocstock.org/saturn1b.html

Nice build photos. I had been following it but then it just fell off the map.
I check back from time to time but the page hasn't been updated in over 4 years.

I'd love to see photos of the launch if it ever took place.

My brother started a new business, and we have put it on hold. Last year we were getting ready to dust it off till the economy took a turn. Need to see how things shake out before we commit to the time and money necessary to finish, as well as the motors to launch it!

Straight from the source!

Just out of curiosity:
• How far along did the team get?
• Any (more) current photos you can share?
• Assuming you start up the team again and time & money were on your side, how close are you to completing the project (sans launching of course)?

The booster is glassed and needs to be filled, sanded and painted.

The sustainer is about 75%, needs final details, -electronics bay, camera bay… then glassed, filled and painted.

We actually convinced our retired Auto Body friend to finish the Saturn, but need to sort out the economy issue first…

I know we have pictures somewhere, but my external hard drive took a turn for the worst, and they want $2500 to recover it… Think I am going with the loss right now.

If you have a Mac, use DiskWarrior - it recovered 100% of my data!
(saved me over $1800 in recovery fees that the data recovery co. wanted)
