Cut out a sled for Sharon's Stinger. Did some fitting of parts and glued the stuffer tube in the avbay. We are doing a co-build on this rocket. Rocketry Warehouse kits don't come with instructions, you have to figure out everything. I'm spoiled by the Wildman kits, CJ's build threads cover almost everything. When we got to the "volume of a donut avbay" I had forgotten how I determined hole size. Sharon tried to figure it out, and we kept getting really small sizes. I finally remembered how I did it on the 5" Jart, but not before the conversation got pretty heated. Fortunately, a pot roast dinner smoothed things over. We finished up by drilling a bunch of holes using the new tool we got from Dog House rocketry:

If you don't have one of these, you should. Sharon was drilling like a pro, with no coaching! I used it to do the static ports and vent holes, it will spoil you. We finished up by adding an eyebolt to the N/C tip, with the main shock cord attached. Big rockets are easier to work on, I can get my hand all the way to the top of the 6" N/C.
