It's that time of the year, rocket launching season in Upstate and Western NY!
Upstate Research Rocketry Group will be holding an SLI team test launch on March 22nd, with a rain date on March 23rd. If the weather is good, rumor has it they will be flying both days!

Motor: 98-7000 M2300 Fast Yellow
Electronics: ARTS2 and RRC3
Recovery: Drogueless, Rocketman R14 @ 800'
Tracking: Tragic Little Aerospace GPS
Predicted Altitude: 10,000'
Performance Rocketry Intimidator 3
Motor: 54-1400 J550 Fast Sparky
Electronics: ARTS1
Recovery: 24" Drogue, 66" Mil-Surplus Main @ 500'
Tracking: BRB Radio Transmitter
Predicted Altitude: 4,750'

- New rules allow for any TRA or NAR member 18 and above to fly Commercial Motors up to their cert level. TRA members may fly research to their cert level. If you are under 18 you may fly low power model rockets or become a TRA Jr member.
- 15k (MSL) standing with 23,500 (MSL) windows
- 10AM to 6PM. A little early on Sunday so we can tear down.
