I like the old sci-fi style rockets, so today I started construction on an upscaled Centuri Quasar based on a BT-80 body and a 24mm engine mount I have been planning. The ram jet intake and nozzels turned out to be pretty easy to make. Overall I'm pretty pleased with the progress and how it's turning out. It has a large presence to it at this scale.

That is a nice looking bird. What kind of tail cone is that?

The boattail it cardstock transition from a BT-80 to a BT-60. I've built it very close to the Centuri plans.

That is a very sharp looking rocket.I really like the retro-scifi stuff.Nice work!

I worked on the upscale Quasar a little more today. I decided it really needed the cockpit as on it's smaller Centuri cousin. In the attched images the smaller nose cone in the image is the Centuri version and the larger is the PNC-80K with cockpit I added.
