Ugly....something,something,something,something,ect.
unidenified flying ....
LW got it on the first try.
Well I guess that means GAME OVER!!!!
I hope he wins a NEW CAR!
Im still waiting for my BEARD car.
And PRESTO! Looks like new again. I'll be interested in seeing what apburner does with it. I hear there's an upscale in mind. SO, has anyone figured out what the Acronym means? It's prolly too easy and you can pm me your answer if you like. The real title is not suitable for the forum.

I still don't have a clue about what I will do up top since the 38mm tube is out of scale a bit.
Actually a wooden nose cone that big might be something I could use. The weight would make this thing a bit more stable. I'm thinking a 38mm tube on the bottom and a three inch short tube on top. The transition will hold an altimeter with the hole on the larger half for vent. and then a dual deploy. Lower half splits off with a long shock cord doing double duty as a streamer. then the upper 3" tube would hold the parachute. I know I will be flying this High power mostly H's but an I is not out of the question.
I looked at this picture again tonight, and BAM!! .....2 stage!I wasn't sure my efforts were going to pay off but it would seem I was mistaken. A slice here and a slice there, a little carving with the knife and some sanding was the trick. This was test fitted with a new tube and showed I still had a little cleaning up to do.

Have the upper inch or so of the inner fins seperated from the bottom. Glue the top fins to the upper Bt and the bottom to the can.
Ya, but, ummmmmmmm, Ild have to go out and buy me a lathe...man,that would suck...
I dont think Sandy would understand the importants of it...
They are a tough item to come across for short coin.
Anywhoo--Im thinking if I give it a go, Ill use what I have in the junk pile,,it will be another brother from a different mother, but a brother just the same. The NC could prove to be interesting.
However,ya,the specs will be nice to have,Thanks.
LOL. I just realized that you only used 3 inside fins. I have already glued 4 So I will use 8 outside fins. And the inside fins are different because I didn't look close at the pages you gave me and just assumed So there is another difference. But it will be strong and should be able to fly on any size 38 I throw at it. As long as thrust is not to much so top speed stays low. :y:
OK finally got to work on it some tonight. Still not sure if I am going with 3" or 2.56" upper tube. I guess thats the next decision.
