What's a quad pod head?

The Quad pod is the launch pad you see below. I don't know who has the design, SOMEONE bought the rights to it, but never put it back on the market- I bid on it when they went out of business but was quickly out bid!

The Quad Pod design and tooling was purchased by Joe Grasso from Tulsa, Oklahoma, owner of Impulse Aerospace. Sadly, he passed away from a long illness last fall and I have no idea what the availability, if any, of the product is now.
