OpenRocket Staging

Openrocket wont stage for some reason. Can someone take a look at the file and see what I'm doing wrong?

The file issued a warning about a motor not found when I opened it, meaning my install doesn't have a motor file for the motor you are using. When I loaded a different motor into both stages, it was not staging until I selected the sustainer motor, clicked "Select ignition" and changed ignition from "Automatic" to "First burnout of previous stage."
