For anyone in the area, I stumbled across a new HobbyTown on 183, north of Ridgmar mall. It is in the shopping center with Target, across the highway from Sams/WMart/Lowes.
I talked to one of the store guys and he said they had been open a couple months. They have a decent assortment of Estes kits, and some Quest, and a pretty good supply of Estes motors up through D-class. Their prices seem (to me) to be a bit on the high side ($10-11 for a three-pack of Bs?) but at least it is another local shop now open, with supplies on the shelf if you have to have them....
