Igniters say 0 volts, what causes this? Any help will be appreciated.

You will need to provide a little more information. What is your setup? I’m assuming you’re using a TeleMega? Do you have any igniters installed? Have you connected the Pyro power on the screw terminal to the battery, either using the single battery, or two battery options. Check Chapter 7 in the user manual.

Can you take a picture of your setup. Show how you are connecting the igniters and the terminal block of the telemega?

If you jumper the pyro channel do you get a voltage?
