Help with Burn Model

Hello everyone! I made this Burn Model for my class and I am having some issues with it. My main problem is that my port diameter is way too big. Right now about .47 meters when it needs to be about .01 meters. I tried to label where all my numbers come from. Anyways, thank you for your future help!

@Landon_Jace You could try studying the inner workings of Todd Moore's hybrid design spreadsheet and compare it to yours, see attached file.
