A couple things off the bat:
1. The fins are very slightly too large to fit in the slots. I'll sand them down with a Dremel.
2. Centering rings are too tight in the BT, I'll have to sand those a little.
3. Coupler is tight on the top tube, which I can ignore since I'm only ejecting the bottom tube for now.
4. I need to cut down the top tube, this thing is absolutely huge. I'll cut it down so the total length is 5 feet-ish.
That's all until Christmas, when I'll start construction when I get a break from school.
 
A quite oversized L1 build. Can't wait to trim it to a reasonable size. Maybe I'll completely ditch the payload tube, if stability permits.
 
Update, should be able to cut out the top tube entirely, and save it for when I'm 18 and able to use deployment electronics. I'll make it a simple 6FNC rocket.
