It's been forever since I have had to purchase any. Lowe's is readily available for $15. I guess everything has gone up. Lol

It takes DART 3-4 years to go through one bundle, though we provide it free to everyone and do 2000+ flights/year. I think it ends up being the least expensive supply item in all of rocketry

I can't bring myself to buy a full bundle, would last me 10 lifetimes. so I buy small quantities from eRockets or whatever. That works for me only because I don't fly a lot, and my rockets are LPR so they don't use too much so cost isn't much of an issue.

Before you take home a full bundle ask if there are any broken ones available at a discount - mine cost a couple bucks but I have to bring a trash bag to get it home.

A little will last me a long time, so I got a bag full from my attic

I bought a bale about 7 years ago and had to leave most of it behind when we moved. I packed as much as I could justify into some large ziploc bags and even some plastic shopping bags stuffed full and tied closed.

Way less than half of what I had - and I still have plenty. Even at the inflated price of $15, a bale lasts so long it's cheaper than most other things I've bought for this hobby.

See if you can find a bale that was broken open and taped back up - that's what I did, and it was on deep discount.
