It's been unseasonably warm for several weeks. Mid 60's during the day with very little wind. For the coming week 55 to 59. Lows around 40. We did have a night that was 27. Which is more normal.

52 degrees F. Overcast, 100 percent chance of precipitation, fourth day in a row of gloom and rain.

The temperature here has been unseasonable warm. 68F today. Low right now at 2am is 40F. Mostly clear with very light wind. More of the same for the next two days then reality sets in.

Showers and rain all day along with the ever present winter east wind.
Right around 6ish the sky lit up with several bolts of lightning followed by the thunder…..then nothing other than the continuing wind.

Our forecast calls for increasing periods of darkness this evening. Cooler and dark this evening but there will be increasing periods of brightness around sunrise tomorrow.

Today it made it to the mid 50's. Now at 1am it's 42. Tomorrow forecast is for 60 with an 11mph wind and cloudy. I looked at our weather station today. This month we have gotten .75" of rain. So since we only get 4" of rain on average a year that's a lot. The forecast through the end of the month is a warming trend. Forecast high next Wednesday is 68. Then reality sets in. From the first and for the next 7 days it's going to get colder with rain every day.

Today it made it to 52. Now at 12:12am it's 42. It has been raining steady for over 24 hours. Our yearly average rainfall is 4". I just looked at our rain gauge. We have received 1.44" of rain in the last 2 days. The desert has become saturated in places and has standing water. There is about 6" of water in the ditch in front of the house. That has only happened a couple of times in 18 years. Same thing is forecast for tomorrow.

Rain, rain and more rain. Except for a couple of hours this afternoon it's been raining for 48 hours. Our rain gauge shows 1.9" since it started raining. Tonight's forecast is for another 1/4".

Currently 47 degrees and sunny with a forecast high of 51 today and 57 tomorrow. Staggeringly nice for early February in Ohio.

It finally stopped raining. The rain gauge shows that we received 2.10". That's half a years worth of rain in a few days. The forecast is 100% chance of more rain tonight. Which would be early am of the 8th. High today was 54. Right now at 12:30am it's 47 with a forecast low of 38. The snow level looks like it came down to about 7000'.
