Well, the body tube did break before the fins did at all, so that at least means that your epoxying skills are good!

Just sent Scott at Dragon Rocketry an email with parts list to fix it.

I’m hopeful it will fly again.

I’ll have a new YouTube video that shows what I did internally, but here is the current state of things. Epoxy is curing. I’ll sand the OD and give it a wrap of fiberglass or carbon fiber cloth after this cures.

So glad you are fixing it it is such a cool rocket. I was so sad when I saw the part of the video where the whole bottom half of the rocket was sitting there on the ground and the rest was getting dragged away by the parachute!!!

The airframe is back together. I still need to work on the new electronics bay.

Love the repair. That should hold up well.

She’s back to flight ready status. Went from 8.6 lbs fully loaded to 9.1 lbs. I put a 7ft Rocketman chute in it for the main. I’ll need to run some new simulations since it got a little porkier. Some scrapes and bruises along with a carbon fiber wrap repair, but it’s still a looker.

I’ll post an update when I fly it again.
