I was having trouble finding the BRB900 software, totally self-inflicted. Greg was most helpful in getting me on the correct path. If I had waited 10 more minutes I would not have started the thread.
Having had issues with software in the past with other items, I can appreciate the enthusiasm dhk expressed when a problem is remedied.
That said, it is a little puzzling what the issue was and the kudos/compliment might have been better sourced in the vendor thread.
