Here are some of the steps I did to get upscale measurements of the 2 Payloader II
The Payloader II was first offered by Centuri then by Estes with some slight changes.
That is why I did an Centuri Specs and a Estes Specs of the Payloader II

Centuri First


Main airframe ST-1010 = 10.5 inches long
Clear Payload Tube CPT-102 = 2.5 inches long
Outside diameter of airframe = 1.040 inches
Find percent increase from 1.040 diameter to 4.024 diameter
Percent increase = 286.923 percent
286.923 percent of 10.5 = 30.12 inches for main body tube
286.923 percent of 2.5 = 7.17 inches for clear payload tube
So for a 4.024 up scale the
Main body tube = 30.12 inches
Clear payload tube = 7.17 inches

Now the Estes version
Main airframe 030456 ( BT-50A ) = 10 inches long
Clear Payload Tube 030608 ( PST-50S ) = 4 inches long
Outside diameter of airframe = 0.976
Find percent increase from 0.950 diameter to 4.024 diameter
Percent increase = 312.295 percent
312.295 percent of 10 inches = 31.22 inches for main body tube
312.295 percent of 4 inches = 12.49 inches for clear payload tube
So for a 4.024 up scale the
Main body tube = 31.22 inches
Clear payload tube = 12.49 inches

To be a stickler for details the outside diameter of the Centuri ST-1010 was 1.040
where as the Centuri CPT-102 had an outside diameter of 1.030
 
To get the image file correct for the checkerboard pattern on the fins the fin image used on the left side of the fin
was flipped horizontally before being used on the right side of the fin

There was an Error in the Katana ORG file and I could not delete the file without deleting all of the posts
made after wards, Plus I wanted to put all of my ORG files in one place to make it easier to find so this is
all of the eggs in one basket

The version I built used 2 fincans and a nosecone that were printed using PTEG by cwbullet.
Hats off to cwbullet for the excellent 3d print work ! I am building another version using the
BT60 and BT50 Fiberglas airframe from Mach 1 Rocketry. This will add rigidity to the airframe
for the added weight of the 3d printed fincans and nosecone

If you decide to go this route you will need a section of BT60 8 5/8 inches ling between the booster and
2nd stage fincans and another section 9 inches long between the 2nd stage fin can and nosecone. And the BT50 engine mount tube needs to be 16 inches long


The STL files for the 2 fincans and nosecone are attached below along with a photo of all 3 printed parts 3d printed parts.jpg
