Advice on next rocket to build

I am fairly new at this and have done three launches so far, I built my first skill level 3 rocket which was the baby Bertha by Estes, and turned out to be a successful launch!

I’m looking around and thought that maybe the Red River Rocketry Lepton would be an interesting attempt.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Pick a kit that looks interesting, or one thatll teach you something new (like a glider or helicopter recovery)

The Lepton seems fine, totally straightforward two-stager. Be aware that it's easy to lose either or both parts, particularly if using the larger recommended engines.

Estes also has a rather large selection of two-stagers these days, if you haven't browsed their full collection yet.

I would avoid a two stager unless you launch with a group. More eyes means a better chance of recovery of both the booster and upper stages.

Staging is a lot of fun. Always start with the smallest recommended motors.
