My L2 was just an I-Rock on a J285 CTI load and pop at the top

Today I would have used a chute release; it was a very large field but got near a tree line before it sunk in the down draft

Don't sweat too much about getting transonic with cardboard. My Velociraptor flies mostly on L motors and the normal flight profile scratches Mach and peaks at over 9k'. No drama.

That is so COOL to read ..................... My "Antares IV" is a scratch built Cardboard kit made with Binder Design Cobra (Raptor) Parts.
Certified on a beautiful flight on a J295 and eventually want to se if it will do Mach 1
