Haven't heard what Tim's 10th anniversary March sale will be yet?

I vote a March Madness sale. In honor of the round ball Tim will sell anything that has a round cross section (from at least one angle) for 50% off. Let's see that includes centering rings, tubes, motor cases, reloads, retainers, most chutes--just about everything!!!!!

Placed my first Wildman order today (cancelled an order from another vendor who will stay unnamed).

I can't wait to smell the APCP.

I know! I know! I was at Tim's this morning picking up my Black Saturday sale stuff (Finally!) and reminded him that it was March 1st after he asked me about not getting something for the February sale.

Adrian (who ended up spending way too much at Tim's) (Well, Tim didn't think so)

Did you get the 4" Jart? I actually might build this one. We'll see. Ask me at MWP XII.

Adrian

Super, what's the price of the DD?

Is the original Wildman dual deploy? Seems like a heck of a deal for that rocket, thanks Tim

OH MY GLOB - NICE DEAL !!!!!

Dare I ask if there will be a deal on the 2 stage version or upgrade package for the Wildman??

"Is the original Wildman dual deploy? Seems like a heck of a deal for that rocket, thanks Tim"

Which leads me to ask...what is "The new Head end dual deployment" mentioned on the original Wildman?

Thanks

That is the recently-popularized method of using the shoulder of a FWFG nosecone as an AV-bay, rather than an AV-bay located in the middle with an extension tube.

Now I really wanna build a 38mm Jart or put a tailcone on it... gaddang that is a sexy rocket.

EDIT: or, hmm, I wonder if I can fit a cluster in there...

Silly... Of course you can. All you have to do is ask. Tim has that fancy new cnc machine. I'm sure you could cajole him into making you FG cluster rings.

Once our local hackerspace gets it up and running, I'll have access to a 60W laser cutter :D

Cut all the centering rings!

...unless resin fumes are very toxic.

Short story...

Sunday morning Wildman announces a March sale.

Sunday afternoon I place an order for a Wildman kit, an Aeropack retainer, and some Proline epoxy.

Monday I get a shipment notification.

Today (Tuesday) a box showed up at my front door.

BOOM! Go Wildman !!!
