One thing that is important to consider is what happens in event of a Cato, especially a foward closure failure. I've seen test motors ejected from test stands because they were not retained properly. It's also important to have a good fire suppression plan in place. Maybe obvious to most, but based on some of the videos I've seen, not to all.
