Tripoli Membership Question

My 2016 rocketry goal is L1 certification and I plan to join Tripoli as my club launches are
Tripoli sanctioned. Is the membership base on the calendar year, or is it annual and
renewable on the anniversary of the date you joined? (Not much point in joining in November
'15, if I have to renew in Jan. 2016).

Membership renewal is based off of when you last registered. So if you sign up in November 15, you will need to renew in Nov 16.
