Hello
I am searching for some colorpictures of the Tomawak-TE 416.
The roket is 1069mm big and 45.7mm thin. All pictures I could find were black and white. Can you help me? I hope so!

The Tomahawk TE-416 also known as the Sandia Tomahawk was based on the D reagion Tomahawk with the fins clipped a bit at the rear.

Color according to Peter Always' book "Rockets of the World" show it to be an all gold colored body with one black fin and 3 dull aluminum colored fins a dull aluminum payload section and a silver nose cone.

The payload was colored differently for different experiments.

Sorry but that's the best I could come up with for a color pic.

Bringing this thread back to life after 16 years: Does anyone know if the black stripe on TE-416 is centered between fins? I cannot determine from RoW, and I have not located a photograph that is definitive.

Cheers,
Michael
