The Launch Pad Still in Business

I ordered a kit from The Launch Pad in December. My credit card has been charged but so far not kit. I have emailed them twice with no response. I don't see a phone number on their website so now I wonder if I have made a mistake. Does anyone know if they are still in business?

im thinkin your cc company can refund ya. might want to look and see if erockets,sirius,apogee, or one of the other vendors has what ya want in stock

Thanks. Unfortunate the owner is having health issues. Really nice kits and they fit a nice niche in the market.
