Much to my surprise I found this lot of Centuri parachutes on Ebay, still in the original packages, look to be in great shape.Now I have authentic back ups for my Centuri kits. Sweet.
Surprise Centuri find.

I was eying these as I manly flew Centuri up to when I joined the Navy in 79. not knowing they had merged and no longer around, mid 80s drove cross country betwen duty stations and went out of my way to Phoenix to find the Centuri company. nada. I started to see the “Centuri” stuff in the estes kits while in Hobby stores (engine hooks, etc. they were a Centuri trademark.
Somewhere in the house i have an X24 bug clone kit not built. and my brother just sent me an old Centuri Field box with all kinds of stuff from way back just not sure if gonna keep it or find a good hone for it.
I wi’ll seek a sealed Centuri LJII or any Saturn kit pending i don’t have to take out a mortgage on them

I have three or four of these left over from when I was a kid in the early 80's. I had a few more but I used them on my Phoenix Bird, Long Tom, and a couple of other kits.
