Just sayin, that Rocket R&D made a 5.5 Navy Strike Rocket, as well as the 7.5" Version in the Picture.

You'd get close with the NCR Archer but that's a baby 2.6" kit compared to those. Not difficult to upscale though. NCR had a 4" long ago.

I have a 4" one in kit form (no im not looking to sell it), but its basically two full 4" LOC tubes, coupler, bulk plate, 54mm motor tube, 3 centering rings, 1/4" fins. Mine came with an ACE nosecone (longer), but the pictures ive seen looks like a standard LOC 4" nosecone.
