As odd as it might seem; it is far more difficult to streamline a motorcycle than it is a car.
And more difficult to streamline a bicycle than either.

I was fortunate to be working at Edwards AFB when the Budweiser car made it's run. I guess it's still debated as to whether-or-not it went supersonic.
FWIW, I watched it from on top of the A-10's "gun butt" just off the taxiway... same place I got to watch STS-1 land.
Sure have some fond memories from working there.
