Recommendations to fix aerotech G force

I thought about repainting her but at this point I don’t care and honestly I think she earned her scars. Here’s to hoping 3rd time is the charm! Score: ground-2, G force-0.

I think the G-Force design is relatively poor for a large rocket. First, the fins are very thin for a rocket that weight. Second, it evidently has a history of separation failures, probably due to its large diameter and marginal ejection pressure from G motor ejection charges. The cooling mesh protects the chute but reduces ejection pressure by cooling the gases.
