Just to consolidate all the miscellaneous housekeeping things into one post for your reading pleasure:

  • Please approach 1850 from the South (2300 end) so we have everyone parked facing the same direction. This will help with traffic management along 1850.
  • There will be a food vendor. Flo’s on Pulaski in Peru will be back and serving mouthwatering food.
  • The LCO will be transmitting on 93.1 FM. We won’t have enough speakers to extend the full length of 1850 so if you’re parked out of speaker range, please tune to 93.1 FM to hear the announcements.

One of my rockets I'm flying at MMWP. It's a scratch built rocket by Justin Farand. It had a broken fin and Justin sold it to me. I repaired the fin and repainted the repair area.

So how muddy is the field going to be? Can I get away with sneakers? Do I need muck-boots? I have both and am not afraid to use them...just want to be prepared.

Not like I haven't encountered slop before since I fly regularly in Three Oaks - in the winter.

Like Tim said the field drains really well and dries out fast. That being said, always bring both....... and spare socks!

Well, we're getting there! All that's left is for the L2500ST to cure and then assemble it and that's all the motors assembled. Still need to do several things but it's all coming together.
