My semester starts the 24th so not sure if I will have the time. They just switched it from in-person to online till Feb 7th due to.....some virus BS. So we shall see.

So... as launch day draws nearer, the rocket spirits kicked me in the, well, foot. I've got a problem with my right foot, so I'll be there in a reduced, gimpy capacity. Any extra help setting up would be appreciated. And I'm not sure I'll fly anything. But I'll bring one along, just in case...

Naturally weather Saturday was super cloudy (at least in SE WI), spent time cutting and beveling fins, then prepping the 48" tube for motor mount and fins. Not bad for a couple days work.

Ya, it was chilly and a bit breezy. Tim and I succumbed to the cold and called the launch at 1:00. It was a little overcast, which limited our altitude, but there were still some nice flights. As it cleared, it got a little more breezy, so we had enough. A good day though.
