The name came from the Nipmuc Indians which, in reference to the lake, roughly translates into: you fish on your side,I fish on my side and nobody fish in the middle
Perhaps the intent was to make the correct point that manual is no longer "standard"."Automatic as the new standard."
Did they intend to use a pun? Or just had no idea what they were saying? Since this is already a second attempt, I'm guessing it's the latter.
