Last time I checked, Iran was a country not a race. Plus it doesn't say Iran, it says Iron as in Iron Maiden, a rock group most popular in the 80's.Maybe dynamite (in Wile’s hand) + Iran = racist

I am a Bible-believing Christian and I did not find this offensive in the least. At the risk of locking this thread. I believe this is crossing a line.
Edit: This could be construed as an attack on religion. I am not affiliated with any religion, but this seems like an attack on Christianity, insinuating Jesus is a virus.
Please correct me if I viewed this wrong.
Exactly. "Oh no, the car in front of me is driving too slow. THAT'S RACIST!!"Last time I checked, Iran was a country not a race.
He's not washing Jesus off of his hands, he's just washing his hands. See, it's funny because it depicts a scene a very long time ago, way before there was such a thing as a coronavirus, so he's not actually trying to protect against coronavirus.this seems like an attack on Christianity, insinuating Jesus is a virus.
I have sent a chat to Brian and taken this offline.Exactly. "Oh no, the car in front of me is driving too slow. THAT'S RACIST!!"

This forum, and society in general, has gotten way too quick to get offended over every little thing.
A humble request. How should I look at this post?

I see Kilroy is a wily launch veteran.View attachment 408747 My dog KIlroy is peeking over the bottom of the window because he knows the F27 and F67s motors are getting fired up soon.
. Hand washing is much more effective at removing the corona virus than it is in removing guilt.
Now that certified Christians have reviewed the post and found it inoffensive, we may return to our regularly scheduled memes. Thank you all
(I thought it was funny too)
That's hilarious too
"Wewease Bwian!"I have sent a chat to Brian and taken this offline.
Is his name really Kilroy? If so all he needed was his paws up on the door to make the picture...View attachment 408747 My dog KIlroy is peeking over the bottom of the window because he knows the F27 and F67s motors are getting fired up soon.

"Geez. Oops" = I took the Lord's name in vain, in a comedic fashion, in much the same way the OP took a painting of Pilate washing his hands in a comedic repurposing. That there is a representation of Jesus in the photo just gives clarity to what the figure on the right is doing. No one is the least bit bothered by it.A humble request. How should I look at this post?

Most popular in the 1980s?????Last time I checked, Iran was a country not a race. Plus it doesn't say Iran, it says Iron as in Iron Maiden, a rock group most popular in the 80's.
Lighten up, Francis. Most popular in the 1980s?????
This is literally the most offensive post I have ever read!!!!!
Eddie is NOT going to be happy when he hears about this!!!
Lighten up, Francis.
So was I. It's an 80s movie reference.I am pretty sure he was joking
I got that part. I have been using the line "lighten up Francis" ever since stripes in the 80s, mostly met with s blank stare. I just didn't think that the OP was kidding as the character being called "Francis" was a bit of a psycho, wasn't he.

Only to his friends."Francis" was a bit of a psycho
I understand that it runs about $250 to change the tail light bulb on one of the late production beetles.Along those lines is an old joke:
A German automotive engineer is touring an American plant. The American leading him through shows him a particularly clever solution to a production problem they were having. The German looks at it, sniffs a little and says, "That's all well and good in practice, but it will never work in theory!"
I think that kind of attitude is how the instructions for replacing the alternator on my old VW Golf started with "Remove the passenger side front wheel and the access panel from the wheel well into the engine compartment."
