nozzle design equations ?

anybody have any sources of information about nozzle design for model rocket motors...end burning versus port burning and ib between ? low,medium and high average thrust...........

There are several books available on the subject. The one I picked up was 'Pr'fesser' Terry McCreary's book, "Experimental Composite Propellant."
