NARTS is temporarily off line due to the passing of the volunteer that ran the service. The NAR is in the process of collecting the inventory from it's current location and setting up shop again. Could take a couple of months.
In the short term, you have access to the NAR logo sheets to download in the Member Resources section of the NAR website. Follow the link for Promotional Materials. These could be printed on decal paper.
