I wound like to apologize to anyone who ordered the prime rib for this years banquet .
WE are offering ribs not prime rib .
there is also a vegetarian lasagna please put a not in your order that you want the vegetarian version.
we ill have a bar in the banquet hall provided by flo's again this year
They are taking request for certain types of alcohol .
we can no longer carry into the banquet room .

Where is the banquet being held? The Days Inn shows as not available and Google says it's permanently closed?

Is there a hotel that is giving a group rate for the launch?

I’m not sure about the rate but I would check out the American inn

Alright, I registered for MWP, bought banquet tickets, signed up to be a volunteer and booked the slightly better American Inn to keep the family happy.

Now to get some rockets ready...
