Nice flight. I love the paint job.
The video from Friday's L2200 g flight
Excellent pictures! What camera do you use?Flight stills from 5200 and 7100.
The windmill farm is pretty expensive. Great field.
Those are stills taken from the mobius cameras I use.Excellent pictures! What camera do you use?
I would love to take credit for such a great time, but the real credit goes to all of the volunteers who gave so generously of their time and talents. Any special recognition should go to our event director Randy Milliken. Organizing an event like this is like herding cats. Much thanks to all, and we hope you will come back and fly with us again.Hats off and congrats to Curtis Reynolds and the rest of the Indiana Rocketry crew for a great NSL East. There were plenty of pads, almost no lines, and one of the largest launch sites you'll ever see this side of the Mississippi.
There were also more L through M flights put up here than I've ever seen at a launch. With but one notable exception, they all worked.
Thanks again for a great extended weekend!
That was a very cool flight Al. Always great to see you out there. Here's a few stills from my 2-stage stretched Terrier/Sandhawk (I-345 -->H-110) launched on Sat. Somehow the video lost sync with the sound (time for a new camera). Sep charge at BO + 0.6 s, with sustainer ignition at BO + 1.2 s, controlled by an Eggtimer Proton. Final apogee at 4158 ft. I had telemetry all the way from the Eggtimer module. Both parts landed with JLCRs very near their launch pad!
Thanks! I appreciate the pictures you capture of the launches! That was a very cool flight Al. Always great to see you out there.
