Try reaching him on the NCR facebook page via Messenger (DM). I received a response that way pretty quickly while my email never did.

Nice hypothesis, but I also ordered the airfoil assistants, and also didn't order a kit, and I got neither. My order went to an old address, which PayPal still on file. I sent Matt a correction within minutes of placing the order, but it went to the wrong place anyway.

That would require first creating a FaceBook account. Not gonna happen.
