Length of the Estes BT-50G (PN 30361)

I found the BT-50G (PN 30361) in a set of instructions for the Estes Scorpion (1333). A search in the Estes Body Tube/Kit Reference turned up no match (though the kit is said to have a BT-50AE (PN 030354) at 1.5" long). The 1974 Estes Custom Part Catalog has the BT-50AE (PN 30354), also stating it is 1.5" long.

So, how much did the kit evolve over time?

Until I get the answer, I'm going on the supposition that it is 1.5" long.
