Large Streamers

Does anyone know of a descent rate calulater for streamers. I want to use one for my dual deploy rocket but I dont know what size to get. I want a streamer that will create about as much drag as a 24" parachute. Anybody know of a calc or a size that is close to a 24" parachute?

might need more info,, chutes vary greatly depending on shape/type, conditions... streamers also vary greatly depending on material
length /width ratio,, conditions...ect
